EP 28 | What Does It Look Like to Be Socially Conscious and Missional? | Marketing Your Purpose Podcast
When writing this episode, I planned to chat about five brands and entrepreneurs displaying what it looks like to be missional and socially conscious. But, I couldn’t get past the first one… Sseko Designs.
Sseko's founder, Liz Bohannon, encourages and equips women to build lives and businesses of purpose and impact.
She's done that by providing scholarships to young women in Uganda, so they can attend university, to supporting women across the U.S. in launching their own impact businesses by styling their communities in Sseko.
Liz and I have similar views on social impact, Christianity + the way we move through this world with Jesus.
And, although we might not agree on everything, I hope like Liz, we listen. I hope we open our hearts to understanding different viewpoints and experiences, and respond in a thoughtful and discerning way.
I'm so excited to talk about Sseko Designs, it's merger with Noonday Collection and so much more on this week's podcast episode.
For a real life example of what it looks like to be both missional and socially conscious, tune in today.
