EP 26 | Your 40-Hour Work Week Reboot: 4 ‘New Rules’ to Find Balance This Year | Marketing Your Purpose Podcast

We recently wrote an article for working moms, and it was featured on a lifestyle publication that empowers mothers to thrive called Motherly.

It was picked up by and syndicated on Yahoo! News globally, and it’s titled Working mamas: 4 ways to find more fulfillment in every aspect of your life.

Even if you’re not a mom, we believe you’ll enjoy the four ways of fulfillment suggested, like getting clear on your why.

Now, when it comes to this episode, which is awfully relevant to the article, we have some new rules around balance for you career-driven mothers.

Whatever you want to say about who is and who isn’t a working mom… new moms are working at staggering high rates.

Between building a career, maintaining adult friendships, family time - there’s a lot going on in everyday life. Add motherhood to the mix, and things get exponentially more complicated.

And, if you’re like us, who tend to go to the wrong sources for advice sometimes (cough, cough the internet) in search of the secret to balance, you probably strike out too.

So, we’re rewriting our own rules to the 40-hour work week…

If you want to hear our thoughts on achieving that elusive ‘work life balance’ and the four rules we’re applying to our every day life, take a listen.

Let us know which resonate with you too!
