EP 13 | My Spiritual Disciplines: What They Are and How to Apply 4 of Them | Marketing Your Purpose Podcast

The last few weeks have been go, go, go. With new offers launching and deadlines to hit, it was time to take a personal inventory check.

I wrote this episode to hold myself accountable to the transformative spiritual disciplines I cling to, especially in busy, chaotic times.

After becoming a mom for the second time, I've found myself in a transitional period. That is, coming out of the newborn/infant fog and moving into life with two toddlers… which can be a lot!

It's easy for me to get hung up on building new rhythms and systems that make this season a little more manageable, but God always calls me to slow down and practice these first.

In this episode, I get into the nitty-gritty of the spiritual disciplines I'm holding onto, including:

• Daily Scripture Reading

• Quiet Listening Prayer

• Weekly Sabbath

• Weekly Fasting

I encourage you to hold onto them with me, especially if you're in a busy season. During this episode, I also share a few helpful resources. Check them out below! Ready for an authentic conversation about biz and faith? Tune in now.
